Terms of Service

Welcome to "Anagennisi Psichis." The following terms govern individual online counseling/coaching sessions provided by Maria Alexiadou – Mental Health Counselor & EMCC Life Coach. By booking/purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms.
1. Scope of Services
I provide counseling and life coaching for personal development and well-being. I do not provide medical or psychiatric services, diagnosis, or any pharmaceutical/therapeutic treatment. In case of an emergency, please contact local emergency services or your healthcare provider.
2. Mode of Delivery
Sessions are conducted online (Zoom, optionally WhatsApp Call) and last 60 minutes (or as stated in the product). The time zone is automatically adjusted via Calendly. The Zoom link is sent automatically after booking.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon payment through the e-shop. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder. For session packages, prepayment secures a discounted rate.
4. Changes, Cancellations & Delays
- Reschedule/Cancel up to 24 hours in advance: No charge, via the Calendly email (Reschedule/Cancel).
- Cancellations< within 24 hours or No-Show: The session is considered completed and payment is non-refundable.
- Client delay: The session ends at the scheduled time
- Delay on my part or technical issue on my side: The session will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
5. Refund Policy
For a single session: refund only if cancellation is made ≥24 hours in advance. For packages: the unused portion is refundable based on the regular unit price. Any bank or platform fees are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities & Liability
You commit to honest communication, active participation, and respectful behavior. Life decisions remain your responsibility. My services do not replace medical or legal advice.
7. Confidentiality & Exceptions
Confidentiality is maintained. Exceptions: risk to life or physical safety, or legal obligation. Recording (audio/video) is allowed only with explicit written consent.
8. Data Protection (GDPR – Summary)
Controller: Maria Alexiadou – Anagennisi Psichis. Data: contact details, booking information, and any information you share. Purpose: service provision, invoicing, and communication. Legal basis: performance of a contract & legitimate interest. Retention: as required + tax obligations. Rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction. Contact: info@anagennisipsichis.gr. 9. Technical Issues
A stable internet connection and a quiet space are required. If a technical issue arises on your side, the session will not be rescheduled for free. If the issue arises on my side, it will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
10. Minors
Services for minors are provided only with written consent from a guardian.
11. Billing & Taxation
Prices are listed on the website. A legal invoice is issued. If VAT applies, it is displayed at checkout.
12. Intellectual Property
Materials (workbooks, notes, audio files) are provided for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
13. Testimonials
Testimonials/reviews are published only with explicit consent and, unless otherwise agreed, anonymously.
14. Force Majeure
No liability for the inability to provide services due to events beyond control (e.g., network/platform outages). Alternative scheduling will be offered.
15. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
Greek law applies. Competent courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.
16. Modifications
These Terms may be updated. The latest version always applies.
